All our doctors work extremely discreetly and registered in the Dutch BIG register (professional registration of health professions).
As registered doctors they have a duty of care to ensure that they keep all your information confidential so you can request a doctor from Doctize in confidence. We believe that all those that wish to have the convenience of the services that we offer should have the opportunity to do so. A truly client focused solution.

For who is Doctize?
Doctize focuses on everyone who does not want to wait unnecessary and to be helped effectively. The services are usually (but not always, so please check in advance) covered by health insurance. You will receive an invoice after the consult.
How to recognize our doctors?
You can't. As mentioned, we work discreetly. Our doctors are dressed smart-casual. If a more formal dresscode (Tenue de Ville) is needed, no problem, just let us know!
What are the rates for Doctize?
The rate for a doctor at your location starts at €135,00. For fysical consultation outside our working area extra costs may apply.

In case of a life-threatening situation we recommend you to call the national emergency number 112 and request an ambulance.
- Chronic diseases
If the complaints relate to chronic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension) or a multidisciplinary clinical approach (in a hospital) we advise the complaints be looked after by your GP. As indicated previously Doctize reserves the right not to accept certain complaints. Of course we will always pay back the fee and communicate the reason by e-mail.
-Second Opinions
We understand that some patients may feel the need for a second opinion when they are not satisfied with the advice or treatment plan provided by their own general practitioner. However, we would like to emphasize that our consultations are not intended to serve as second opinions in such situations. We always advise patients to discuss any concerns or questions about their treatment plan directly with their own general practitioner.
